This public page describes the platform's technical privacy model at a high level. Organization-specific legal notices and retention policies should be configured by the responsible organization.
Platform supervision
The main control plane uses organization registry, infrastructure/configuration data and selected operational telemetry needed to supervise the platform.
Location attendance
Location evidence is used to evaluate attendance against configured organization sites. Detailed evidence should remain within the organization tenant rather than being exposed as a cross-tenant platform dataset.
Biometric systems
FIXMAN's integration model does not require storing raw fingerprint, face or iris templates. External biometric systems perform recognition and submit attendance events/mappings.
Access control
Access is role- and permission-based. Platform access and organization access are separate security domains.
Deployment responsibility
Organizations remain responsible for configuring appropriate legal notices, retention, employee policies and local compliance requirements for their deployment.
