Who to contact
FIXMAN R&S operates this service. For privacy questions, contact sale@fixman.com.pk or use Your data from your account. Do not send passwords, verification codes or identity documents in a public job, comment or message to support.
Information and purposes
Accounts use your name, email, password hash, optional phone and verification records to authenticate you and protect the service. Profiles, service areas and qualifications support professional discovery and credential review. Job requests, booking terms, reviews, inquiries, messages, attachments and invoices support arrangements between participants. Business enquiries and career applications contain the details you choose to provide. Security and delivery records help prevent abuse and troubleshoot failures.
Public and private information
Published profiles, jobs, listings, reviews and comments are public. Avoid posting precise home addresses, access codes or sensitive documents publicly. Account contact information, private messages, qualification documents and financial records are restricted according to the relevant workflow. Share sensitive job access details only with the intended participant.
Service providers
Hosting and email services process information needed to operate the platform. If you use a social sign-in option, the selected provider handles that authentication and returns approved identity information. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. FIXMAN does not collect card numbers through its current marketplace forms; agree payment arrangements carefully with the relevant provider.
Cookies and choices
Essential session cookies secure sign-in and form submissions. Local preferences store your theme and analytics choice. Optional analytics is off until accepted; reject it or withdraw through Cookie preferences at any time. Withdrawing does not reverse analytics already sent. We avoid sending job text, names, email addresses and phone numbers as analytics event parameters.
Retention and requests
Information is retained while needed for service delivery, account security, complaints and applicable recordkeeping. Some transaction or dispute records may need to remain after account closure. Request access, correction, export, restriction, objection or deletion through Your data. We verify account ownership and explain any records that cannot be removed. An acknowledgement is not confirmation that a request has been fulfilled.
Location and permissions
Browser location and microphone access are requested only when you choose a feature that needs them. You can decline and enter your area or type a message instead. Qualification review is not a guarantee of the quality or suitability of future work.
International processing and applicable law
Service providers may process data in other countries. Ask us about the providers relevant to your request. Available rights and any legal basis or transfer requirements depend on the processing and applicable law. This notice is not a claim of GDPR, ISO or other certification.
